1. How do I place an order?
Browse products, open the product details page, add the item to cart, and proceed to checkout.
2. How do I know product details before buying?
Open the product details page to view product images, description, price, vendor information, availability, and other product details before adding the item to cart.
3. Can I track my order?
Where tracking is available, you may receive updates through your account, order page, SMS, email, rider, courier, or vendor communication.
4. Can I request a refund?
A refund may be possible if the product was not delivered, was wrong, damaged, defective, or significantly different from the listing, subject to Tununue’s Refund Policy.
5. How do I raise a dispute?
If the dispute option is available, open your order page and submit the dispute details. You may also contact support with your order number, photos, delivery details, and explanation.

Vendor Help Answers

1. How do I become a vendor?
Register as a vendor, complete your vendor profile, upload the required documents, and wait for admin approval.
2. Why are vendors verified?
Vendor verification helps protect customers, reduce fraud, and confirm that Tununue is dealing with real sellers or businesses.
3. Why is my product not showing?
Your product may still be pending approval, inactive, rejected, missing important details, or not approved for public display.
4. Why does admin approve products?
Product approval helps reduce fake, misleading, illegal, unsafe, duplicate, or poor-quality listings. It protects both customers and genuine vendors.
5. How do vendor payouts work?
Vendor payouts may be processed after successful order completion, delivery confirmation, expiry of the dispute period, and admin or finance approval where required.

Delivery Help Answers

1. How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on customer location, vendor location, courier availability, product type, weather, traffic, public holidays, and payment or order confirmation.
2. Who delivers the products?
Delivery may be handled by a Tununue courier or rider, vendor delivery, customer pickup, or an external courier depending on the order setup.
3. What happens if delivery fails?
Delivery may fail if the customer gives wrong details, is unreachable, refuses delivery without valid reason, or is unavailable at the delivery location. Support may review the case.
4. What should I do if an item arrives damaged?
Report the issue as soon as possible through your order page or Contact Us page. Include photos, order number, delivery details, and a clear explanation.
5. Can I choose customer pickup?
Customer pickup may be available depending on the vendor, product, location, and checkout setup. If available, follow the pickup instructions provided with the order.
