Track Your Order

To protect customer privacy, tracking requires both your order number and the phone number used during checkout.

Track by Order Number

Important: Phone number is required. Enter the same phone number you used when placing the order. It must start with 0 or +254.
Enter the order number shown on your receipt or My Orders page.
Enter the phone number in Kenyan format starting with 0 or +254, for example 0712345678 or +254712345678.

Logged-in customers can also view full order details from the “My Orders” page.

How Order Tracking Works

Order Placed

Customer places an order and completes checkout.

Payment Confirmed

The order moves forward after payment confirmation.

Delivery Assignment

Admin assigns a Tununue courier, vendor delivery, pickup, or external courier.

Picked Up / In Transit

The courier or vendor updates the delivery progress.

Delivered

Customer receives the order and can raise a dispute if there is a valid issue.

Completed

Order is completed after delivery and dispute review period where applicable.
